At times, your customer may make mistake in key in your webpage URL, or they are try to access to pages no longer available to visitor.

However this default message do not provide any relevant information to our visitors, showing customized error messages will help to improve the user experience and retain your visitors.
There are two type of common error message you can customize at your SHOPCADA site: Default 403 (access denied) and Default 404 (not found).

Setup The Customized Error Messages Page
- From MANAGE YOUR STORE (DASHBOARD), go to WEBSITE then go to WEB PAGES page.
- Click CREATE PAGE
You may insert images / video to the content, refer to TEXT EDITOR guide
- SAVE the page
- Copy the page URL.
Setup Link Of The Customized Error Messages Page
- Go to SETTING then go to GENERAL page, tab SITE INFORMATION
- Scroll down and look for ERROR PAGES
- Enter the Customized Error Messages Page URL in the respective field
- Click SAVE CONFIGURATION
