Special Pass Page - limited access via pass code

Overview

The Special Pass Page module allows you to create a private shopping experience for selected customer groups such as KOLs.

Products tagged to a special collection will only be visible to authorized users who log in and enter a valid passcode. These products will not appear on other pages of your store.

Configuration

Enable Special Pass Page

 

  • Go to Setting > Custom > Special Pass Page
  • Tick Enable Special Pass Code Page.

Configure Access Rules

 

  • Special Pass Validation Page Title : Enter the title customers will see when validating their pass.
    Example: Special Pass Verification.
  • Category / Collection : Select the special collection where your private products are grouped.
  • User Group : Assign the group allowed to access (e.g. KOL Users).
  • Pass Code : Set the passcode customers must enter to unlock access.
  • Click Save to apply changes.

  

Assign Products to Special Collection

  • Go to Dashboard > Products > Edit Product .
  • Tag the product to the special collection you created for pass-only access.
  • Save the product.

 

Customer Journey

  • Customer visits the Special Pass Page URL
  • Prompted to log in
  • Prompted to enter the passcode
  • Once validated, they can view and purchase products within the special collection

Products in this collection remain hidden from all other store pages
