Membership Forecast Report

The Membership Forecast Report provides visibility into upcoming membership expirations, expected renewals, and potential downgrades within a selected period.

This report helps merchants forecast membership retention and identify customers who may need engagement before their membership expires.


Accessing the Report

  • Navigate to Dashboard > Reports > Customers > Membership Forecast Report .
  • Set the report criteria.
  • Click View Online to generate the report on screen.
  • Click Download to export the details list.


Report Criteria

Use the filters to customize the forecast period and report output.

  • Expiring Between
    Select the date range for membership expiry. Only customers whose membership expires within the selected window will be included.

  • Current Tier
    Filter customers by their current membership tier.

  • Expected Outcome
    Filter customers based on forecasted result:
    • All: Show all customers expiring within the selected period.
    • Will Renew: Customers expected to maintain their current tier.
    • Will Downgrade: Customers expected to move to a lower tier.


Expected Changes Summary

This section summarizes forecasted membership outcomes by tier.

Column Description
Tier Current membership tier.
Expiring In Window Number of customers whose membership will expire within the selected date range.
Will Renew Number of customers expected to renew or maintain their tier.
Will Downgrade Number of customers expected to downgrade if renewal requirements are not met.


Forecast Details

This section lists individual customers included in the forecast.

Column Description
Customer Name Customer's registered name.
Email Customer's registered email address.
Current Tier Customer's current membership tier.
Membership Expiry Date Date when the current membership tier will expire.
Days Until Expiry Number of days remaining before membership expiry.
Accumulated For Renewal Customer's qualifying accumulated spend toward renewal.
Renewal Threshold Required spend amount to renew the current tier.
Shortfall To Renew Remaining amount required for the customer to renew.
Expected Outcome Forecasted result, such as Will Renew or Will Downgrade.
Expected New Tier Expected tier after membership expiry.
