You may access to the discount report from the REPORT MANAGER or DISCOUNT MANAGER.
View discount usage report from report manager
- From MANAGE YOUR STORE (DASHBOARD), go to REPORTS > REPORTS > DISCOUNT USAGE REPORT.
- From here, you will be able get the details on the spending on each promotion discount you launched.
- Click [DETAILS]
- You may download this summary report into CSV.
View discount usage report from discount manager
- From MANAGE YOUR STORE (DASHBOARD), go to MARKETING then go to DISCOUNTS page.
- This is the section for you to manage your discount: DISCOUNT MANAGER
- From here, you can view the discount details / create new discount and view the usage reports.
- From MANAGE YOUR STORE (DASHBOARD), go to MARKETING then go to DISCOUNTS page
- Select the WEB DISCOUNT or POS DISCOUNT by clicking on the vertical ellipse .
- To help to locate a discount, you may use the SEARCH DISCOUNTS to search by discount name / description or discount code.
- Click on [USAGE] to view the usage.
Discount usage report
- From the details report, you will be able to identify details:
- Total Usage
- Customer who enjoyed this discount
- Order that this discount applied to
- Amount involved
- Order date/time
- Click [DOWNLOAD REPORT] to download this report to CSV
You can open CSV using MS Excel/ Mac OS Number/ Open Office Calc or Google Docs.
