Any Hidden Charges?

No one likes hidden charges, neither do we.

We have to charge bandwidth overage is due to the high-quality CDN we deployed for all sites.

Even though you will be charged for CDN Bandwidth overage, but we have made the pricing and usage report transparent. Your CDN usage is updated daily. There will be no bill shock at the end of the month.

What are the eligibility criteria for Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) applications supported by Enterprise Singapore (ESG)?

  • SME registered and operating in Singapore
  • Minimum 30% local shareholding 
  • Looking for e-commerce IT solutions like Shopcada

For start-ups with less than 6 months of operating period, you may still apply for PSG but it will be subjected to Enterprise Singapore's approval.

What documents do I need to apply for PSG?

Documents required:

  • Purchase Order or Signed Acceptance of Quotation/ Contract
  • Invoice 
  • Screenshots showing (i) Company Name and (ii) Name of IT solution
  • One month Usage Report
  • Receipt or Copy of cheque (if payment is made by cheque)
  • Bank Statement showing payment

How do companies apply for the PSG?

Step 1: Get a quote from Shopcada

Step 2: Submit the PSG application at the Business Grants Portal with the quotation 

Step 3: Receive Letter of Approval from ESG

Step 4: Sign a project contract with us and pay 50% of the project value

Step 5: Complete the project

Step 6: Pay 50% of the balance project value and launch the website

Step 7: Within a month, prepare the details for PSG claim and DRB submission

What is the processing time for applications?

Generally, the processing time will take about 4-6 weeks upon the successful submission of the application in the BGP.

What is the processing time for claims disbursement?

Claims are processed within 4-6 weeks from the submission of all required information. Companies are encouraged to submit their claims after they have fully deployed, providing documents to show the use of the solution for at least one month.

Can companies apply for PSG after signing a quotation with Shopcada, or making payment? 

No. Your company will have to apply for PSG before you have:

  • Made any payment to a supplier, vendor, or third-party in relation to a purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solution or equipment.
  • Signed any contract with a supplier, vendor, or third party in relation to the purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solution or equipment.
